Katie Sardone
  • Dr. Sardone received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. In this APA-accredited program, she received advanced training in health psychology intervention, psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and medical resident education. Dr. Sardone completed her APA-accredited internship at Baylor University Medical Center’s Women’s Health Department, where she specialized in providing individualized care for women in antepartum, postpartum, and outpatient clinics and mothers of infants in the NICU.

    Following her formal training, Dr. Sardone completed an APA-accredited Postdoctoral fellowship at Children’s Medical Center Dallas, where she specialized in providing intervention with infants, children, parents, and families managing medical, developmental, and emotional disorders.

    Following fellowship, Dr. Sardone held a faculty appointment at UT Southwestern in the Family Medicine and Psychiatry departments focused on training medical residents and program and curriculum development.

Dr. Katie Sardone exclusively collaborates with healthcare professionals and teams to accelerate performance, improve well-being, shift problematic patterns, and increase personal and professional satisfaction. 

Throughout Dr. Sardone’s career she has collaborated with individual physicians across multiple specialties, private practice medical offices, hospital departments and residency programs. She has engaged in diverse collaborations including training initiatives, program development, curriculum development, research, individual coaching and group consulting. 

As a former faculty member at an academic medical center, Dr. Sardone knows what it’s like to be in the trenches working alongside physicians as a provider. Due to her clinical background and training, she has expertise in assessment, intervention and providing meaningful feedback. Additionally, she is trained to quickly identify strengths and areas of improvement in order to make specific recommendations and catalyze lasting change. Her consulting approach is rooted in psychological knowledge and clinical expertise.
