Supervisor

Dr. Margaret Vadiee is a Licensed Psychologist and a former Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at Southern Methodist University in the Psychology Department. She provides individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Vadiee is one of the few providers in Dallas who specializes in Infant Mental Health. Throughout her career, she has achieved advanced training and practice in maternal-child attachment intervention, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy. Dr. Vadiee also holds a certificate in the specialty of Maternal Mental Health from Postpartum Support International. 

Dr. Vadiee’s practice integrates evidence-based intervention with individualized and compassionate care. She has experience treating a wide range of presenting problems, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, parent-child attachment issues, and family relationship concerns. Dr. Vadiee has worked with individuals and families in a variety contexts, including outpatient mental health, medical centers, community clinics, residential treatment centers, and educational settings.

Dr. Vadiee completed her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology at Southern Methodist University, an APA-accredited program. She completed her APA-accredited pre-doctoral internship at Tulane University School of Medicine, where she received specialized training in Infant Mental Health. Dr. Vadiee received her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Southern Methodist University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. In 2026 Dr. Vadiee was selected to serve on the executive committee for Dallas Psychological Association as a trustee.

Dr. Vadiee is licensed in Texas (her home state). She has been approved by the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards and the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT) to provide teletherapy to individuals in the following states:
