Our programs, led by experienced mental health professionals, are designed to help you build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and improve emotional-wellbeing. Whether you're seeking additional support alongside therapy or looking to connect with others facing similar challenges, our evidence-based classes provide a safe and empowering environment for healing and growth.

Current Groups

  • Now Enrolling for the Summer 2026 Cohort

    Join Dr. Sarah Hosseini for an 8-week virtual DBT skills program designed to help you build practical tools for everyday life.

    The program covers the four core DBT modules—Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness—with one session per week for 8 weeks. Each module consists of two sessions, allowing time to learn, practice, and apply new skills.

    1. Give us a call!

    Call our office at 214-383-8145 or email us at info@behavioralhealthdallas.com.

    You'll reach Amanda, our Office Manager and Intake Coordinator. She'll walk you through becoming a new patient by reviewing relevant practice information, answering questions, and getting enrolled for your first group session.

    2. Complete the paperwork.

    Once you’ve scheduled your intake appointment, you’ll receive an email invitation to our secure patient portal.

    Your patient portal allows you to complete intake paperwork, access telehealth appointments, and view your upcoming sessions.

    3. Attend your first group session.

    During your first group session, the group facilitator will welcome you, review group expectations, and answer any questions you may have. You'll have an opportunity to learn about the group's structure, goals, and guidelines while getting acquainted with other participants in a safe and supportive environment.
